Carol has been Of Counsel to Mitchell DeClerck since leaving the City of Enid, Oklahoma after 20 years as its City Attorney in 2010. Carol graduated from Vanderbilt University and the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Carol served for several years as United States District Court Judge Wayne Alley's first Law Clerk following his appointment to the bench. Her practice is primarily in municipal law serving as attorney for local municipalities. She has served as counsel to police and fire civil civil service commissions for several municipalities. Her practice also includes wills, trusts and estate planning as well as bankruptcy. Carol is an active member of her church and other civic organizations.
